I carried my words across continents in journals, multiple computers, in hardware spanning technological eras and finally it is time for its completion.
It all had to mean something.
The pain that was too unbearable to carry.
The earth that formed in front of my face.
The shower that became Mount Everest.
The shame that had to be broken.
The hope that I finally discovered.
This memoir offers a deeply personal yet widely relatable story about inherited fear, family wounds, resilience, and the possibility of becoming whole.
As this writing continues to take shape, I look forward to beginning the journey toward traditional publication and sharing its message of transformation, understanding, and hope with readers everywhere.

Bipolar Babe: A Tale of Two Worlds is a four-part transformational memoir positioned at the intersection of mental health, family legacy, resilience, and self-discovery. Its central distinction is Andrea Paquette’s rare mother-daughter bipolar connection: she grew up witnessing her mother’s severe bipolar disorder, spent much of her life terrified of becoming her, and later received the same diagnosis herself.
Andrea is not only writing as someone who survived bipolar disorder; she is writing as a daughter who once feared the illness, a patient who later lived it, and an advocate who ultimately transformed that fear into compassion, purpose, and understanding.
Through fear, grief, love, and self-discovery, Andrea Paquette uncovers a truth she spent a lifetime searching for: the home she longed for was within her all along.
